Any and all references are always accepted! Face claims, other commissioned art, etc. The more the better!
Please be over eighteen. Most themes of my art are on the darker side, and I personally don’t feel comfortable interacting with minors.

If you fail to follow the rules provided or talk crazy to me, I have the right to decline your commission.**See the very bottom for a quick form you can fill out, if you want ideas for things to send me!II. PAYMENTAll commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
The currency accepted is USD.
Payment shall only be sent through PayPal, Cashapp or Venmo.III. PROCESSWIPs will only be given if the commissioner asks for it, if I want you to choose between things, or if I have questions.I take four commissions a month, sometimes more if my schedule permits it. I try to get them all done by the end of the month [30 days].The time for commissions to be completed can be up to 3 months [90 days] depending on many outside factors. I’m human, I get busy with work, I get sick, and sometimes I even just need to take a break from art. If I feel like it is going to take over 30 days, I’ll communicate that with you.IV. RECEIVING COMMISSIONS -If I send you the completed piece and you catch something that I didn’t (a stray sketch line), or there’s minor color changes you want, I’m happy to do so free of charge.Large changes (expression/hairstyle/outfit/pose/full color etc) will vary in cost.Please be clear in your references so that I can accurately portray your character.V. COPYRIGHT / TOSI, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.That means that I may:
Post my work of your character in any space (Discord server, social media, private messages) I please.
My art may not be used commercially, nor sold privately.
You may not remove my watermark.
Only the commissioner may repost my work, under the conditions that my watermark remains in tact and proper credit (a link back to my discord, twitter, or otherwise) is provided.Do NOT trace, copy, or put my work through AI programs/services/use as an NFTs.VI. REFUNDSIf the commission is canceled (by myself or the client) before I begin work, then the client will receive a full refund.
If the client cancels the commission after I’ve begun work, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to my discretion.
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
If it has extended past six months (120 days), I will issue a 75% refund.
While this LIKELY WILL NEVER HAPPEN, there’s always a what-if. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation. HOWEVER, should this happen, it means you’ve likely committed an unforgivable crime.
If I cancel the commission due to my own inability, you will receive a 100% refund.
